Teen activities in Chirnside Park
A teen club built around board games, craft, creativity and low-pressure connection.
I would love to create a regular space where local teens can come after school or during the day, make something, play something, talk if they want to, and spend time around other people without feeling like they have to perform.
Important
This is not a weekly club yet.
I do not want to lock families into a program before I know there is enough local interest.
Right now, I am gathering feedback from parents, carers and teens so we can work out what people would genuinely attend.
Once there is enough interest, I can look at launching an after-school session, a homeschool daytime group, or both.
I would rather listen first and build something useful than guess what teens want.

Come in without having to be “good” at socialising.
You do not need to know anyone
The activities give everyone something to do with their hands, which can make conversation and connection feel easier.
No pressure to perform
This is not a competition, class or place where teens need to impress anyone.
Different kinds of connection count
Some teens will chat constantly. Others may connect quietly while playing a game, drawing or making something.

Possible after-school club
Teen Board Game & Craft Club
One option is an after-school club where teens can choose from board games, craft, drawing and other low-pressure activities.
I am not setting a permanent day or time until I know what works for enough local families.

If there is enough interest from homeschool families, I could also explore a daytime craft, games and social connection group.
