SeniorsDo I need to be fit to join the Monday seniors group?
No. The group is designed to be welcoming and playful. You do not need to be sporty or experienced. The focus is on movement, memory, mobility, confidence and connection.
SeniorsHow much is the Monday seniors session?
The Monday seniors session is $16 casual and includes the movement session plus a 30-minute cuppa afterwards.
TeensIs the teen club running every week yet?
Not yet. We are currently gathering interest from families and teens so we can work out what days, times and activities people would genuinely attend.
BusinessIs the Community Business Support Session just coworking?
No. It is intentionally collaborative and chatty. You can work on your business, ask questions, film content, talk strategy and connect with other local business owners.
BusinessCan I film content during a business support session?
Yes. The venue is a large open-plan space and can be useful for filming reels, talking-to-camera content, demonstrations and simple business photos.
Venue HireDoes the venue have private consulting rooms?
No. The venue is a large open-plan space, so it is better suited to workshops, creative groups, community education, movement, breathwork and collaborative activities.
Venue HireCan I enquire about recurring venue hire?
Yes. Recurring weekly, fortnightly or monthly hire can be discussed depending on the activity, day and availability.
GeneralDo I need to create an account to ask a question?
No. The website is designed to be easy to use. You can send a question with your name and email without creating an account.
